Educational Background: Successfully completed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Socio‑Economic Context: Comes from a family with limited financial support. Despite actively searching for employment opportunities, suitable jobs were not available nearby. Family Responsibility: As the sole earning member (son) of the family, he carries the responsibility of supporting household needs. Entrepreneurial Aspiration: Expressed interest in starting a business; however, lack of financial backing from the family side posed challenges. Smartpur Engagement: Selected as a Center Facilitator (CF) to serve at the Smartpur Centre, ensuring livelihood stability and community service. Impact: Currently leading his family with confidence and satisfaction, while providing valuable services to village residents through the Smartpur initiative.

Community Context
Who we serve
The Smartpur Center serves rural and underserved communities by focusing on women, youth, farmers, self-help group (SHG) members, students, senior citizens, and marginalized households. It works to ensure that individuals have access to government welfare schemes, digital and financial services, skill development opportunities, and livelihood support. Through community engagement and partnerships with local stakeholders, the center addresses the diverse needs of the population and promotes inclusive and sustainable development. Its goal is to empower every community member by improving their knowledge, opportunities, and overall quality of life.
Challenges addressed
The Smartpur Center has addressed key challenges in rural communities, such as limited access to digital services, lack of awareness of government welfare schemes, financial exclusion, and livelihood opportunities. Through awareness programs, digital literacy initiatives, skill development trainings, and financial inclusion activities, the center has helped connect communities with essential services. It has supported women, youth, and farmers by linking them to government schemes, banking services, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
