Ashiq Hussain Wani, S/o Gh. Mohd. Wani, a resident of Manviji, Kakapora, has been serving as the Centre Facilitator at the Smartpur Centre, Gulbugh, since November 2023. He belongs to the Wani community and holds a postgraduate degree along with a Diploma in Computer Applications. Before joining the Smartpur Centre, Ashiq worked as a Data Entry Operator at a computer institute and later served as a Tutor and Computer Operator at a school, gaining valuable experience in education, technology, and public service. As a Centre Facilitator, Ashiq assists citizens in accessing government and digital services, supports online applications, raises awareness about welfare schemes, and coordinates with government departments to ensure efficient service delivery. His professionalism and dedication have made the Smartpur Centre a trusted service hub, serving an average of 800 beneficiaries. His efficient service delivery and strong coordination with government departments have earned him appreciation not only from his own panchayat but also from people in neighboring areas who visit the centre for reliable assistance.
