Reporting and documentation, Community service provider, Community mobiliser, Bridge between Community and Services, Supporting the " Reach the Last Mile"
My name is Satynam and I am from Bhanmau , Barabanki District, Uttar Pradesh. I believe that life gives us many opportunities, and we should always be ready to learn from them. My journey as a Centre Facilitator with REACHA’s Smartpur Project has been a new beginning for me. I learned how digital technology and community-based services can make people's lives easier. I also got the opportunity to interact with women, youth, and other community members. This experience improved my confidence and helped me understand my responsibilities towards society. I now feel more comfortable communicating with people and helping them find the information they need. My goal is to become successful, support my family, and continue growing professionally. I believe that consistent hard work and a positive attitude will help me reach my destination.

Challenges addressed
Limited participation was observed among some sections of the community during initial mobilisation. Some respondents were hesitant to provide information due to concerns about the use of their personal details. Differences in literacy levels created difficulties in explaining project-related information. Maintaining regular contact with all community members was challenging due to their daily work routines.
