Who we serve

The centre supports children, youth, women, elderly people, farmers, and other vulnerable groups by improving access to essential digital services and opportunities. Guided by the Smartpur project's commitment to holistic rural development, the centre delivers services across six key pillars: Livelihood, Governance, Financial Inclusion, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), ensuring that underserved communities are better connected, informed, and empowered.

Challenges addressed

The centre addresses key challenges faced by remote rural communities, including limited access to government services, banking facilities, digital literacy, and livelihood opportunities. It also helps bridge the digital divide, reduces the need for long-distance travel to access essential services, and supports flood-prone communities with timely information, digital connectivity, and access to social welfare schemes, thereby strengthening resilience and improving quality of life.
